1. Service
Qrelly is a free browser-based QR code generator operated by Jackrabbit Exports Private Limited. Provided as-is with no guarantee of uptime.
2. Acceptable Use
You must not use Qrelly to generate QR codes linking to malware, phishing, illegal content, fraud, or deception of any kind.
3. Intellectual Property
The Qrelly name, logo and design are owned by Jackrabbit Exports Private Limited. QR codes you generate are yours. The QRious library is open-source MIT.
4. No Warranties
Qrelly is provided "as is." We do not guarantee scanability on all devices or service availability at all times.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackrabbit Exports Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of Qrelly.
6. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to Indian court jurisdiction.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
